"Saved cards work, but old ones are confusing"
Adding or removing cards is quick and easy, so that part works fine. I just wish the old saved cards were shown more clearly because it can get a little confusing. i feel like they should acknowledge that and at least apologize for the inconvenience.

"Easy to Use, But I Still Double-Check After Paying"
I’ve been using Passport Parking for downtown spots, and overall it’s been easy. The app opens quickly, finds my zone, and I like being able to add more time without walking all the way back to the meter. I only had to figure out the zone number the first time, and after that it was straightforward. The receipts show up right away too, which is helpful for work. That said, I still get a little uneasy after I pay and usually double-check the app to make sure it actually went through, just because I don’t fully trust parking apps not to glitch at the worst time

"The app selected a nearby parking…"
The app selected a nearby parking zone, but it wasn’t the one I was actually parked in. I didn’t catch it until later and ended up getting charged incorrectly, which was really frustrating. The map looked close enough, so I assumed it was fine, but I hate losing money over something that should’ve been accurate in the first place. The zone detection definitely needs to be better.

"Signs were clear enough, I guess"
The parking signs were actually easy to find and follow, which I appreciated. I didn’t have to wander around trying to figure out what zone I was in, so that was a plus. The instructions on the sign made using the app fairly simple too. I still think some of the print could be bigger, especially if you’re in a hurry, but overall it did the job.

"Easy way to park without digging for coins"
I’ve used passportparking.com a handful of times now, and it’s convenient. Not having to find cash or coins is a big plus! Paying right from my phone was simple enough. The first time took me a minute to figure out, but after that it worked fine overall.

I tried this on my phone and it worked well from what I remember. My tablet was another story though, it started acting weird, though I can’t remember every little thing it did. I just know it wasn’t as smooth as it was on my phone
